Order Inspection (At Delivery)
Customers are allowed to open and check the parcel at the time of delivery in front of the rider.
You may refuse the parcel immediately if:
- The parcel is damaged or broken
- The product is incorrect or different
- You are not satisfied with the fragrance
Once the parcel is accepted, it will be considered as received in good condition and correct order.
Performance-Based Returns (7 Days)
We understand that fragrance performance may vary.
If you face issues related to lasting or performance only, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- This applies only to performance concerns (e.g., longevity)
- Product must not be fully used or excessively consumed
- Requests will be reviewed before approval
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product:
- You must report it immediately upon delivery
- Provide clear photo or video proof

- Customers must check the product at the time of delivery
- No returns will be accepted for damage or wrong item after acceptance
- We reserve the right to decline unreasonable claims or excessive usage
